Ninety minutes, hot and cold, in the forest
Heat
The dry cedar sauna, heated by a wood-burning stove.
Steam
The wet sauna, for a softer heat.
Cold
The cold plunge, outside on the cedar deck.
Rest
Robe on, out on the deck or in the lounge. Then round again until the ninety minutes are up.
How a session works
One spot, or all six
Each session has six spots. Book one or a few, and you may share the sauna with another small party. Bring five friends and book all six: the session is yours alone, $450 for the six of you.
Sessions start at 9, 11, 1, 3 and 5. Open days change week to week, so check the calendar.

Know before you book
- Bring
- A swimsuit and walking shoes. Robes, towels and a changing area are here.
- Arrival
- Park on the right in the gravel past the gate. More than 15 minutes late, and your session may be shortened or cancelled at your expense.
- Access
- Not ADA accessible. The spa is reached over uneven ground and steps.
- Timing
- Book at least a day ahead.

Please confirm your date, time, and guest count before you book. The only exception is if we cancel for severe weather or for the safety of our animals or guests, in which case we will refund or rebook you.
