In the gift store, choose The Highland Experience for a Highland Day.
The code arrives by email
Usually within minutes of checkout, you get an email with the certificate code. Print it for a card, or forward it. We don't mail a paper copy.
They book their date
Online, entering the code at checkout. If it covers the booking, there's nothing more to pay.
Dates open about three to four months out
Once a date is booked, it's final, like every tour and spa booking.

Gift questions
Can a tour gift be used for the spa?
No. Each certificate covers its own visit: a farm tour gift covers the tour, a spa gift covers spa spots. The Highland Day covers both.
What if they can't make the date they booked?
Once a date is booked, it's final: no refunds, no reschedules, no credits, and no transfers, including for no-shows. The only exception is if we cancel for severe weather or for the safety of our animals or guests, in which case we will refund or rebook you.
